When ordering online, we understand that customers may change their mind after they have completed their order. At the moment, however, we don’t offer refunds, exchanges or returns unless you receive an item which is faulty or has defects.
In the unlikely event that an item has been delivered to you damaged, then you can report this via our email email@example.com or Contact Us page within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please note that any refunds are at our discretion, and we reserve the right to not refund a faulty or defected product if we believe that we have reasonable cause to do so.
Once you have placed an order, it can’t be canceled. This is because you provide your consent through each stage of the ordering process. In order to avoid any problems, we strongly recommend that you carefully read through the detailed product descriptions, sizing charts and pictures that we have provided. Once you’re completely satisfied, then you can proceed with the order.
Unfortunately we can’t cancel pre orders once you have made the order, even if you change your mind afterwards. The reason for this is because pre orders are paid in advance, and we have to make special arrangements in order to deliver them. Upon receiving a pre order we begin working on a product which is specifically for you and which can’t be used for anyone else. This is why we don’t accept cancellations.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive faulty or damaged items, then please contact us within 24 hours. Once we accept the faulty or damaged items, they will need to be returned to us in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The customer will pay the return postage. If a refund is issued for faulty or damaged items, then it can only be issued to the original debit/credit card that was used for payment when the item was first ordered.
Ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, which is why we advise that you carefully read through all of the details about design, fabric and sizing before placing an order. This way we will be able to avoid disappointment, and make sure that this is a positive experience for you.
Our items are subject to availability. Designs, sizes and colors may vary slightly. Please keep in mind that the colours you see on your screen monitor may appear a little different in person, which we don’t accept responsibility for. Our items arrive directly from the manufacturer, so we recommend that you dry clean your clothing before wearing it.
