Note: Your parcel may take a little longer than usual to arrive because of Covid-19. The pandemic has disrupted international and local delivery services, which is why there may be delivery delays. In light of this, please allow some additional working days for your parcel.
If you want your parcel to be delivered to you as soon as possible, then we advise that you select the First Class/Special Delivery options when you checkout. This way you can ensure that you experience minimal delays while you wait for your parcel.
Delivery Times and Fees
Our parcels are dispatched using Royal Mail Signed For services. Once you’ve completed your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email which will also contain tracking details so that you can track your order.
All of our delivery charges are based on the total weight and/or the quantity of your order.
Within UK Delivery
Second Class Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.99
First Class Tracked Delivery (1-2 working days) - £4.85
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (by 1 PM) - £9.95
Our international delivery charges are calculated by the weight of the parcel.
USA Normal Delivery -£23
USA Signed and Tracked Delivery - £26.
Canada Normal Delivery- £17.65

The delivery times we have provided are estimated. We will always ensure that your order is prepared and dispatched immediately, but any delays after this are solely the courier’s responsibility. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about this, so please remain patient whilst you wait for your parcel.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.
We do not dispatch orders on the weekends, bank holidays and national holidays.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after seven working days, then please contact us for proof of postage and tracking. We will not be held responsible for any parcels that are missing or lost during transit. However, in the event that your parcel hasn’t been delivered then you can request proof of delivery from us, which we will gladly provide.
If the parcel has been lost or undelivered then you can claim your money back via Royal Mail, you’ll need your proof of postage receipt for this. Thank you for your understanding and your co-operation.
